Hale's Self-titled album is my pick under OPM category. Ay for those who aren't familiar, OPM is Original Pilipino Music; it's how we Filipinos coin our music. ^^

This Triple Platinum-awarded album was able to capture my ears because of the perfect combination of their clear sounding instruments, the sincere lyrics, and Champ's clean voice. Hale arranged the songs very well all factors blended nicely. Also, the alternative/acoustic rock genre adds as a plus point to reach out to their audience. Only 2 out of 12 are in native language and the rest are in English but all summed up to have me appreciate the group. Kudos to the very first album of Hale as they took part into the rise of OPM again. <3<3
